如何开发自用的2803x的串口烧写程序

项目用到2803x，需要开发自用的ISP程序，方便客户以后自己升级使用，为什么不用推荐的第三方的C2Prog，因为想把生成的hex进行一些加密，然后在PC端解密后下发，至少不会把直接能使用的hex流出去。

请问各位fae，如何实现，需要哪些资料呢
