28035中HRCAP功能，在CCS3.3下面可以调试吗？

我现在在CCS3.3下面想使用28035的HRCAP1功能，但是在线调试的时候初始化相关HRCAP的寄存器，无法设置，比如HRCap1Regs.HCCTL.bit.HCCAPCLKSEL = 1；执行完之后HRCap1Regs.HCCTL.bit.HCCAPCLKSEL还是0，根本无法设置，想请问一下是什么原因？使用这个功能有什么特殊要求吗？谢谢
