是否可以根据DSP供电判断芯片好坏

一次实验时，发现电源供电不正常，在逐步排查过程中，几乎卸掉了DSP28335所有的外围电路，几乎只剩下一个裸露的芯片，但电源仍有问题。我的问题是我是否可以给DSP那几个需要1.9V和3.3V的引脚单独供电，来判断DSP是否烧坏了。给DSP芯片1.9V单独供电时，发现1.9V电源正常，而3.3V电源单独供电时，电流达到了限幅值0.5A。像我这种情况是否可以判定DSP芯片有问题？
