28027无法连接编译器，编译器没有检测到内核可能是什么问题呢？（附件为原理图）
量一下供电电源是否正常，晶振脉冲是否正常，XRS引脚是否处于复位状态等等
目前发现是使用内部稳压但VDD管脚接到3.3V问题，将板子上VDD与3.3v连线切断后有一块板子XRS管脚一直低电平还有一块板子XRS正常但不能连接；板子没有使用外部晶振，3.3V供电正常。
