LAUNCHXL-F28027主控板上的芯片是F28027，而不是28027F，是不是不能做InstaSPIN™-FOC。
两个芯片差不多的，应该是可以的。
只有带F的2802x、2805x和2806x器件的ROM中内嵌InstaSPIN-foc算法，核心就是FAST观测器。
