lab 2b是InstaSPIN-FOC的最小执行，只有FAST部分在ROM中执行。但lab guide上说CTRL_runOnLine在ROM里执行，而CTRL_runOnLine_User在用户RAM里执行呢？
因为motor ID电机识别算法也是在ROM中的.
