转矩控制模式中，如果负载转矩恒定，在基速以下，增加Iq的值，电磁转矩增加，那么在大于负载转矩情况下，理论上就会一直加速。
实际情况下，速度增加到一定值后稳定下来(还未超过额定速度)，这是为什么？
