F28335 程序在CCS3.3运行下载正常，改成CCS6.1时编译无问题，仿真时出现问题

     TI技术人员你好。我采用仿真器是SEED-XDS560V2仿真器，并且下载了CCS6.1版本。在使用过程中遇到一个问题。
      我按照相关文档把我以前一个CCS3.3的程序转成CCS6.1之后，编译一切都没有错误，但是在下载RAM进行仿真 时，提示：
C28xx: File Loader: Verification failed: Values at address 0x10CC54@Program do not match Please verify target memory and memory map.
C28xx: GEL: File: E:\DSP_SF6_V1.1_lxb_duan\DSP2833x_examples\LF-101\Debug\Example_2833xCodeRunFromXintf.out: a data verification error occurred, file load failed.
以上两个错误。这个程序在CCS3.3可以正常运行和下载。找了几天也不知道是怎么回事，往帮忙解决谢谢。
     注：1：我这个程序比较大是通过外部RAM进行仿真。
             2：我使用其他开发板实例程序是都可以正常运行。
