如果使能看门狗，在程序运行过程中由于延时时间过程造成看门狗复位了，如还想再次启用看门狗功能的话，是不是需要再重新使能一次看门狗？
已经复位了，就等于所有寄存器都复位到初始状态了，C2000的看门狗默认状态下是使能的。
