要使用OST功能，TZSEL寄存器可选来源有：OSHT1~6，DCAEVT1，DCAEVT1，其中OSHT1-6来自TZ1-6。
但是啊，根本没有TZ4~6引脚啊，从何而来？？？
TZ4~TZ6是内部信号，没有外接接口，分别对应EMUSTOP, CLOCKFAIL, EQEPxERR.
