    我刚刚试了下，这个链接没有问题，你重新试一下，确认以下几点是否正确选择：

    1、正确填写了个人信息，特别是邮箱？

    2、What end-equipment/application will you use this file for:只能选择civil；

    3、在“提交”(submit)上方的确认里，确定是Yes？

    我也下载不了，把所有的资料都完善了还是下载不了，总是提示要填公司网站，但是又没有哪里填。以前都没有这么麻烦的，抽风了

    试试到以上链接（我刚试了是可以下载的），选择CONTROLSUITE-ZIP:Offline (ZIP) Installer下载，登录myti账户后，根据10#的描述填写信息。

    有段时间，我的账号也是这样，后面TI论坛多发言就解禁了。自我感觉，TI有黑名单的。不过下载现在这个两个没有压力。
