在CCS工具里无法直接将.out文件转换成.bin文件，建议使用编译器小工具对.out通过命令行方式转换成intel格式的hex。
请问用什么小工具?有说明文档吗?
编译器路径下的工具，比如C:\ti\ccsv6\tools\compiler\ti-cgt-c2000_6.4.6\bin，可以参考编译器汇编手册(spru513)里的Hex Conversion Utility Description章节。
