C2Prog的用户手册(菜单Help -> Manual)里说得非常清楚,需要使用以下命令进行.out文件到.hex格式的转换(2.2 Hex File Generation):

为什么在上面最后两个截图的配置里既不使用post-build进行.out文件的后端处理,还使用-intel生成了intel格式呢?

你可以将生成的.out文件copy到编译器安装路径下,通过dos command line按照以上命令进行转换。
也可以通过下面的编译选项先默认选择Intel-hex,然后在上方的post-build编辑框里修改其命令格式满足C2Prog要求的格式进行编译,并直接转换,这样在debug文件夹下会同时生成.out文件和可用于C2Prog烧录的.hex文件。
PS:印象里不修改也可以直接使用,你可以对比试试。我没有试过。:)
