程序使用TI的例程Example_2833xFlash.c，GPIO84,85,86,87使用内部上拉电阻。断电重启后，LED指示灯没有进行闪烁。
可能的问题是哪些？
确定在flash.cmd下编译生成.out 并且烧写到flash
然后上电如果不执行 可能是boot脚选择不合理
如果还是有问题 建议试试上电后从flash搬移到RAM跑
