28335flash烧写提示load xxxx.out fail可能是什么原因造成

如题。现象补充如下：

同样的程序在另一块使用28335的电路板上能烧写。芯片批次不一样

程序能加载运行，但是就是不能烧写到芯片内部flash

会不会是假片子？
