SFRA_GUI 无法与电脑连接

问题见 标题，采用隔离485通讯，硬件原理图如下，

软件采用TI的（SciCommsGui_32bit）文件，并且把代码中SCI的A口通讯改为C口了，发送方向使能也在代码中有添加。

现在无法通讯，以前没搞过通讯，所以猜想是不是硬件发送接收的高低电平与上位机协议不一致导致的，有懂这方面的请帮忙看看，谢谢了！
