从ram调试 到烧录到Flash, 编译后，在.econst 报错，ram编译 调试都正常。

在调试ADC模块，子程序和主程序 都有 Uint16 Voltage1[3] 变量，在ram里运行 正常，但把CMD文件 改成28062.cmd 后 就报错了。

报错位置：   .econst             : > FLASHA,     PAGE = 0

报错内容：
