tms28069 的中断级别流程分了三级，cpu级 、pie级、具体外设级.. 但是现在没有那一个能 设置中断不同 外设间的 优先级啊，
那个F2806x_SWPrioritizedIsrLevels.h 文件也没见哪里 用到，是不起作用的啊， 难道只能使用默认优先级吗， 具体是哪个寄存器 配置呢？
比如我想让 组5的优先级 高于 组1 ，该怎么设置？
没有调节优先级的寄存器
