我用默认的密码FFFF烧录的flash，第二次烧录用该密码解不开
在擦除flash过程有没有出现掉电或是断开的情况，这种情况下有可能锁死芯片，而且随机的密码，再也打不开。

我是烧录完之后断电的
看看你程序里面是否藏有加密的文件，例如DSP2803x_CSMPasswords.asm。
另外，on chip flash那里的密码区你动过吗？
如果加密区域你没操作过，正常是不会出现锁死的情况。
