一直以来对价格都没有概念，所以对TI网站上给出的Price/QTY不是很清楚，如28069的10.50 | 1ku，应该是指达到1ku的批量后的单价是$10.5？

具体的价格的话，您需要联系当地的TI或者代理商的销售进行询价。
如果您的下单量能达到1000片的话，从TI代理下单，参考价位为每片10.5美金，可能有点上下浮动。
