看到很多程序都用asm(" NOP ")指令来做延时，请问这条指令能延时多少时间，一个时钟周期？还是一个机械周期？或者其他？
NOP是单周期指令，一个周期执行完。
是一个指令周期也是一个锁相倍频后的时钟周期。
一个机器周期 也就是系统clk的周期
