Bootloader flash driver 可以自己写吗？

我在移值second-level bootloader时候需要把flashdriver通过can传输给dsp，再由dsp通过can接受application sw ，用flashdriver写入flash，但是发现ti 把flash API 封装成lib，不知道有什么方法可以自己写flash driver
