28335的ecap使用

打算用ecap的脉冲检测功能测量电压频率，将电压由正弦波转换成方波之后，由于电压存在谐波，脉冲波形存在一点瑕疵，如下图所示，

看似波形很工整，其实在上升沿和下降沿都有波动，所以导致cap的捕捉时间点不准确，请问这个问题可有什么较好的解决方法
