1）程序下载到FLASH中，调试运行，ADC采集频率为75Khz，定时器TIMER频率40Hz。
（3）下电，在上电运行，发现ADC采集频率为150Khz，定时器TIMER频率80Hz。
（4）嘛原因？？？
