我购买了C2000 LaunchPad，然后到processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Download_CCS

这里申请下载ccs v5，但是一直没有邮件回复，然后我向dsps_sw_exportapproval@list.ti.com这个邮箱反映的情况，也是没有回复，已经很多天了，下载一个软件需要这么麻烦吗？
