M3核的引导有BOOT MODE I/O管脚决定，具体是哪个管脚请查看datasheet.
C2000核的引导由M3发IPC指令告诉C2000由那种模式引导。
因此如果要调试C2000的话，要先让M3跑起来。
楼主请安装controlSUITE,然后可以参考:C:\TI\controlSUITE\device_support\f28m35x\v140\F28M35x_examples_Dual\blinky 例程。
