XDS100 V2与TMS320F28069连接不上

我用的开发环境是CCS4.2  ，我用的XDS100 V2与TMS320F28069连接不上，总是提示如下错误（接线是对的，除了EMU1 EMU0两个脚没接）xds100 v2的驱动也安装成功了并电脑识别了。

The emulator reported an error. Confirm emulator configuration and connections, reset the emulator, and retry the operation.

但是我用相同的板子，然后用XDS100 V1.0就连接得上。
