1. 一般来说PWR/PAD引脚要接地的，且是整块铜层，接地不好的话不利于散热，也影响了芯片的电流或正常工作，手册上有要求的是这样：Analog and digital ground. For Quad Flatpacks (QFPs), the PowerPAD on the bottom of the package must be soldered to the ground plane of the PCB.

2.VSSOSC引脚要看用的是否是外部晶振，要是不用外部晶振这个引脚可以接地。
