上电的时候复位信号也有，从电源建立到RESET拉高有300ms，还有什么情况会导致这个问题？

防真是在RAM中运行，而脱离防真器在RAM中运行是要烧写在FLASH中的。脱离防真器重新上电启动后代码会从FLASH启动，并根据设置将代码从FLASH中COPY到RAM中运行。
