CCS3.3打开很慢

无论是安装在WIN 7 32位  还是WIN7 64位， 当打开CCS3.3时，都会卡在下图界面很久，好几分钟，请问什么原因？有什么解决办法

版本是3.3.83.19

由于之前项目使用的是CCS3.3，维护还是3.3方便，目前新项目我们已经开始使用CCS6了。
