如标题，在使用28027F+8301运行程序lab5b的时候，电机转速只能到达1000转，然后就再增加给定转速，实际转速就升不高了，一直在1000转附近。不知道为什么，还请TI的专家答疑一下，可能是哪里出现了问题？
是不是供电电压比较低，反电动势限制了电机的转速？
应该不是，我给的是额定母线电压
