尝试重新启动ccs，或者更换仿真器连接线。
用了一段时间 应该是目标板出问题了
看看电源 测一下clkout输出
您给的那个帖子，我之前也看过了，还是没有解决。按住复位键，test connection 是成功的，不知道怎么回事。
CLKOUT 输出3.75Mhz,是正常的
您使用的ccs是哪个版本的？
仿真器USB插上后，能够识别出来吗？
如果识别不了，卸载掉。
CCS6 可以识别，现在确认是芯片锁死了，该怎么办呢？
如果是烧录程序过程中出现掉电，可能导致芯片锁死，只能更换芯片了。
