在CCS3.3软件中，能够连接到DSP28335，但点击reset_cpu时，报错，报错内容见图片；
加载TI官方的f28335.gel文件，再用CCS3.3连接DSP目标板，无法连接，一直报“”DSP无法软件复位“
请问下这个是软件问题，还是硬件问题？ 我测试了下供电（3.3V和1.8V都正常），且JTAG信号都是按照TI推荐的方法连接的。

1、确认一下您的EMU0，EMU1引脚是否都是用4.7K电阻上拉？
2、reset引脚的电平状态是什么样的？（正常为3.3V）
如果上述两项有错误的话建议检查一下您的硬件连接。
