如题，在TI官网下载了CCS7.1安装包，安装在win7 32位系统上，每次都到install eclipse时出错，提示如下图。
管理员权限下安装，防火墙及杀毒软件全关闭了，尝试多次，均在这个位置出错，是何原因？谁遇到过？
