新买的XDS100V2仿真器无法使用

如下图所示，从某宝上花1000块钱买的TI官网的XDS100V2实验板套件的拓展坞对28069进行烧录，发现无法烧录，并报了如下所示的故障

我后来借用其他部门同样的XDS100V2实验板套件的拓展坞对28069进行烧录发现可以正常烧录，请问我购买的这个实验板套件是不是有问题，有什么办法可以解决吗。
