TMS320F28026可以用CCS3.3开发吗？
可以的，我使用CCS3.3，并添加了升级包。在setup窗口中，可以看到28026的选项。

现在除了F2806x和F28M35x必须用CCS4以上版本开发外，其他C2000芯片均可用CCS3.3开发。
