通过EMIF1MSEL寄存器将emif1分配给cpu2使用，为何修改不了Emif1ConfigRegs.EMIF1MSEL.bit.MSEL_EMIF1的值。

已将寄存器EMIF1LOCK和EMIF1COMMIT的值设为0，Emif1ConfigRegs.EMIF1MSEL.bit.KEY的值设为0x93A5CE7。其中ACCP寄存器可以正常设置
