今天codeskin 推出了新的V1.5F版本的C2Prog,之前的V1.5e存在BUG，只能正常烧写Concerto的M3内核，但是无法正常烧写C28X内核。

下面是串口烧写的步骤供参考：
选择串口烧写引脚，设置串口烧写模式：
第二步，转换OUT文件为HEX文件：
第三步,先烧写M3内核：
第四步，不要断电，不要复位，直接烧写C28X内核，选择after M3:
