请问controlSUIT的离线安装文件在没有网络的情况下可以正常安装吗？

在单位的机器上安装不了，单位机器不允许访问外网。安装执行一段时间会报缺文件错误，忽略以后，继续执行一段时间还是报缺文件错误；

同样的安装文件，回家以后再我的笔记本上可以安装，我的笔记本连接了家里的WIFI
