F28377D中CPU2还需要配置时钟和FLASH吗

 在F28377D的例程中，有些CPU2的主函数没有包含InitSysCtrl();

比如例程GPIO_toggle_cpu02.c

但是有些例程中，CPU2中包含了InitSysCtrl();

比如例程blinky_cpu02.c

所以有大神指导下嘛，就是CPU2中还需要初始化FLASH和时钟吗
