msp432号称主频为48mz，但实际ti公司很少提到flash的读频率为只有16mz，所以如果不考虑CMd文件，实际使用会非常低效，同样stm32他的flash为硬件加速，为零等待，请问MSP系列的CMD的文件和c2000的cmd文件格式和命令书写格式是一样的吗？
