XINTF总线读取AD7606时的地址问题

采用DSP28335的XINTF读取AD7606的数据，利用CS7连接AD7606的CS管脚。

总线设置为16位数据总线模式。

当读地址为0x200001时，数据读取正常。

当读地址为0x200000时，数据读取不正常，且XA0存在变化，在总线读取的时候，为低电平，其他时刻为高电平。

请问有人遇到过类似的问题吗？
