C2000 XDS510LC 仿真器无法识别

公司一款老产品需要重新给板子烧录程序，我的C2000 XDS510LC 仿真器（spectrum digital）许久没有用过，我已经不记得以前有没有成功使用过，是从美国同事那边拿来的。接到我的win7系统上，设备管理器上始终XDS2000 USB 无法识别 。在spectrum digital网站上下载了CCSv3.1驱动，准备用SDFlash来烧程序，但是始终都不成功。有没有人遇到过类似情况，如何解决的？
