需要接收脉冲方向信号，或者双脉冲信号。

28032可否接收双脉冲信号？
双脉冲 可以理解为 可增减的计数器。
假设有 28032的 A,B两个管脚，当A管脚接收到脉冲，则计数器增加，B管脚接收到脉冲则计数器减少。
PWM管脚不会穷的只有一个吧
