TI的很多例程中，会使用*Alpha_State_Ptr()函数去分配任务，这样做有什么好处呢？
可以把其他函数的地址付给Alpha_State_Ptr，在while循环中调用(*Alpha_State_Ptr)()这个函数，就可以执行不同的函数。有点像是多任务的感觉了。因为都是跟定时器联系起来的，所以可以分时去执行不同的任务，实现一部分操作系统的功能
