C28346中使用定时中断和串口接收中断，在定时器20ms时候，串口接收中断功能正常，但是当把定时器中断设置为2ms时候，串口中断不能使用。

没有使用中断嵌套，定时器中断内执行时间很短，就是一个赋值。
