有关CCS烧录问题

1、CCS一般是烧录*.out文件到FLASH, 请问CCS能烧录HEX文件到FLASH吗？如果可以的话，我将*.OUT文件转换为HEX文件，烧录到FLASH，前后效果是一样的吗？

2、CCS菜单VIEW->MEMORY，查看到的HEX文件是目标芯片中的内存代码吗？这些HEX代码能通过DISASSEMBLY命令进行反汇编吗？
