TMS320F28035 ADC上拉检测问题

您好，我现在使用TMS320F28035 ADC上拉电阻碰到如下问题：

接上拉电阻10K到VCC3.3V，接到ADC IO脚采样，发现10块样板中有两块出现检测值2V左右，也就是10K采样电阻压差超过1V，其他8块板子是接近3.3V，请问造成检测值2V的原因可能是什么，算正常吗？多谢
