我们购买的F28069开发板运行例程不烫，但是移植我们自己的一个不大的工程时，处理器温度非常高。
但是又不是处理器烧毁的情况，程序运行正常。
从表现来看，除了烫以外，一切正常。这是什么原因呢？
是不是开了什么功耗很大的功能？如果是，如何关闭？
