电机参数是这样的，额定12000转，我开环只能转到1500转，调节电机参数，PI参数都没有作用，

  

上面是开环时的波形，

有没有人知道该往哪个点去找问题，现在的问题是：1.开环提速不上去，2.在1000--1400转切不了闭环，一直过流，3.反电动势@转速 1.2V/100rpm这个参数在无位置算法中究竟有什么作用，谢谢高人解答！
